We only collect information necessary for the execution of our technical services and the preparation of your quotes:

  • Contact information: Full name, professional email address, mobile phone number.
  • Location data: Exact physical intervention address in the Grand Tunis area (Tunis, Ariana, Ben Arous, Manouba) and geographical (GPS) coordinates for vacuum truck routing.
  • Media and diagnostic data: Photos and descriptions of pipeline failures or septic tanks that you upload to obtain a quote estimate.

3. Use of Your Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Preparation and transmission of customized sanitation quotes.
  • Scheduling, technician assignment, and execution of unblocking, pumping, or cleaning interventions on site.
  • Sending critical safety alerts or status notification updates via email or SMS.
  • Improving our AI algorithms for fault diagnosis and local SEO optimization based on resolved cases.

All sensitive data (including your intervention photos and manager login credentials) is encrypted in transit using robust SSL/TLS protocols. Access to this data is strictly restricted to authorized technicians and administrators of the Assainissement.tn platform. Our databases are secured and hosted in compliance with the highest industry standards.
